Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of occupational therapy.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate referred patients to determine needs and potential.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing and rehab staff; coordinate care.
• Refer to and supervise COTAs; provide guidance to rehab aides.
