Job summary

Cascadia EE LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess residents in a long-term care setting, develop individualized rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with physicians to set goals and measure progress.

You will supervise COTAs and rehab aides, document patient progress, and ensure compliance with OBRA and facility policies. Must have OT degree, valid state license and CPR certification, with at least six months of LTC experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate treatments and progress to residents, families, and staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Accurately document patient conditions and treatment progress.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Direct and supervise therapy sessions and supervise COTAs/rehab aides.
• Document progress and communicate patient status to care teams and families.
• Coordinate with physicians to set goals and ensure OBRA-compliant care.
