Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all therapist and assistant licenses are current and posted.
• Assists therapy staff in identifying and removing barriers to treatment and providing clinical education to meet patient needs.
• Completes department maintenance including cleaning mats and equipment, monitoring hydrocollator temperatures, and stocking supplies.
• Ensures therapists are current for all mandatory trainings and in-services.
• Tracks and ensures rehab staff are current for PPDs and documents physician orders and signatures.
• Coordinates scheduling of per diem/casual staff under the Director of Rehab and assists with billing and patient scheduling.
