Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Current CNA certification or RN program enrollment with two clinical rotations.
• CPR certification required.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and report physiological, psychological, and functional data.
• Assist patients with hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Perform skin care and report changes to RN.
• Assist with bladder and bowel training and catheter care.
• Record vital signs and alert RN to abnormal values.
• Assist with transfers and mobility using safe handling techniques.
• Help with prosthetics/orthoses as per plan.
• Assist with meals, calorie counts, and nutrition documentation.
• Support 1:1 feeding and dysphagia strategies per RN direction.
