Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Flat Rock, NC is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our Skilled Nursing Facility's therapy program. This full-time, salaried role includes quarterly bonus potential and oversight of PT, OT, PTA, COTA, and SLP services, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

You will manage department operations, mentor staff, coordinate with medical teams, and promote clinical excellence to improve residents' outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as PT, PTA, OT or COTA
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines

Director Of Rehab Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab to join our Flat Rock NC Skilled Nursing Facility. Full-Time is salaried + quarterly bonus potential. As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You'll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a (PT; PTA; OT or COTA) Associate degree in your discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
