TMC: Therapy Management Corporation is seeking a Rehab Coordinator to oversee administrative tasks and coordinate patient care within the therapy department, under supervision of the Therapy Care Navigator. You will represent TMC professionally and help promote the TMC Experience across the facility.

The role supports daily operations, scheduling, and documentation, with opportunities to participate in a tuition assistance program and contribute to a patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate computer proficiency.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines within a team environment.
• Ability to lift and control 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative tasks and coordinate patient care under supervision.
• Assist in efficient daily operation of the therapy department.
• Maintain filing, charts, and documentation per policy.
• Prepare forms for physician signature and track documentation.
• Review and ensure completeness and accuracy of records.
• Attend meetings and communicate therapy information to TCN/staff.
• Maintain treatment and office areas cleanliness; sanitation of equipment.
• Schedule management and securing PRN coverage as directed.
