Job summary

Miami Children’s Hospital in Florida is seeking a Rehab Clinical Operations Coord. for part-time daytime shifts. You will assist with patient care, coordinate access to care, and support daily rehab operations including supply management, charge reconciliation, and scanning of documents into the EMR.

The role requires prior customer service or clerical experience, basic IT skills, and the ability to work with a diverse pediatric care team while maintaining infection-control standards.

Qualifications

• American Heart Association (AHA) CPR AED must remain active during employment.
• Previous customer service or clerical experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care and care access operations.
• Support cleaning, supply organization, and charge reconciliation.
• Process Plan of Care documentation and EMR scanning.
• Coordinate patient appointments and minimize no-shows.
• Support Early Steps and clinical teams with regional requirements.
