Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Rehab Coordinator at Ascension Living Resurrection Village Life Center in Chicago. You will oversee administrative tasks and coordinate patient care while supporting efficient daily operation of the therapy department under supervision.

Role includes maintaining records, supporting staff, and ensuring compliance. Qualifications include a high school diploma and health paraprofessional training; compensation is $18.00–$20.00 per hour with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Nurses’ Aide Certification or equivalent health paraprofessional training preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate customer service and soft skills.

Responsibilities

• Transports and assists with patient care under supervision of licensed therapists.
• Orders and maintains office supplies per policy.
• Maintain filing systems and charts; ensure timely documentation.
• Prepare forms for physician signature and track documentation receipt.
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance; inform DOR as needed.
• Scan and file records in charts and JBS within required time frames.
• Attend meetings and relay therapy information to DOR/staff.
• Complete Tech Check List and notify DOR of deficiencies.
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment and office areas; weekly sanitation of equipment.
• Represent TMC professionally and promote a positive work environment.
