Job summary

Resurrection Medical Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Supervisor within Acute Care Rehabilitation. The role oversees daily Rehab Services, coordinates staff and clinics, and assists in policy development and program growth. Requires a PT/OT degree and state licensure, with 3 years of practice and BCLS certification.

The position is full-time with day shifts, located at 7435 W Talcott Ave, Chicago, IL 60631. Competitive benefits are included along with a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school with a BS or BA degree, Masters, or doctorate in physical therapy or occupational therapy.
• Three years experience as a practicing physical therapist or occupational therapist.
• Licensed by the professional licensing board of state.
• BCLS for healthcare provider's certification upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Rehab Services daily activities and coordinates staff and clinical affiliates.
• Assists in planning and establishing policies and development of new programs.
• Trains and monitors competency of new and current personnel.
• Direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as dictated by census with a negative variance.
• Assists Director in management of department and delegates assignments.

Education

BS/BA in physical therapy or occupational therapy (Masters/Doctorate acceptable)
