Job summary

ProMedica in Toledo, OH seeks a Support Coordinator IV to support daily clinical operations and revenue integrity. You will register patients in the EMR, verify insurance, and document coverage for rehab services, while processing charges and performing charge reconciliation.

You’ll also handle at-service collections including co-pays. The role requires a high school diploma, with preferred experience or education in health care management and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Epic or similar

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or health care/business experience preferred.
• Mastery in Microsoft Office and related software; Epic knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register patients in the EMR to ensure accurate billing.
• Verify insurance coverage for rehab services.
• Process daily billing charges and reconcile charges.
• Handle point-of-service collections including co-pays and deductibles.
• Support daily clinical operations and revenue integrity.
