Job summary

You will handle front desk tasks, schedule patients, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, enter data, and collect POS payments to help clinicians deliver patient care.

Under supervision, you will assist licensed staff, maintain accurate records, and contribute to efficient clinic workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of office experience in a medical setting is preferred.
• Experience with insurance in a medical office setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and manage front office flow.
• Schedule and register patients in Carepath/EPIC.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations.
