Job summary

Select Medical in Palos Hills, IL and Mokena, IL is seeking a Rehab Aide for a part-time role. Work Monday–Friday, hours vary, with compensation of $15.00/hour. You will assist therapists in rehabilitation procedures and support overall center operations.

The role includes organizing records, observing patient responses, and helping with scheduling and program coordination while ensuring equipment is cleaned and sterilized. This is outpatient therapy exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions.
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment.
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.).
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment.
