Job summary

Talentify in Oak Park, IL is seeking a part-time Rehab Aide to support therapists in an outpatient physical therapy setting. Location: 610 South Maple Avenue, Oak Park, IL 60304.

Responsibilities include assisting with rehabilitation procedures, organizing records, observing patient responses, participating in center operations, and preparing equipment. Minimum HS diploma; CPR and first aid preferred; outpatient PT experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures and assist with scheduling and records.
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions or responses to treatment.
• Support center operations and coordinate tasks within a specified program or area.
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment for use.

Position: Rehab Aide

Type of Employment: Part Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary/2 or more evenings until 6 pm per week)Compensation: $17.00 - $19.50/hour (pending experience)

In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment
