Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Rehab Aide to support therapists in an outpatient physical therapy setting in North Canton, OH. Join our team to help patients on their rehabilitation journey and assist with daily center operations.

You will aide therapists in carrying out procedures, organize schedules and records for ancillary services, observe patient responses, and help keep equipment clean and sterilized. Per diem schedule includes Mon, Wed, Thu evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions.
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment.
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.).
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment.

Type of Employment:

Per Diem

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (3 evenings per week till 6pm or 7pm)

Compensation:

$14.00-$16.00/hour (pending experience)
