Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Knowledge of accounting and personnel principles required.
• Experience demonstrating administrative and supervisory competence is preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office including Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residential Rehabilitation Manager with administrative and program activities.
• Ensure compliance with State, CARF, and Cal-OSHA regulations.
• Develop and manage an efficient petty cash system for outings and purchases.
• Coordinate human resources administration for the residential program.
• Supervise receptionist staff and approve/deny PTO requests.
