Job summary

Moody Neurorehabilitation Institute in Texas seeks a Program Assistant to provide 24-hour supervision and daily care in a residential setting. You will observe patients, document behavior, assist with ADLs, transport to activities, and support therapy staff while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of residential behavioral rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Experience with disabled populations or related coursework welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Observe and document patient behavior and ADLs.
• Assist in activities of daily living and while transporting patients.
• Maintain accurate incident, seizure, and medication documentation.
• Support therapy staff and follow treatment plans and policies.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality at all times.
• Assist with emergencies and crisis intervention procedures.
