Job summary

QRC Group, LLC is seeking a Training Manager to lead the site's training and development strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, quality systems, and business objectives. The role oversees training programs, workforce capability, and training effectiveness across a GMP/GDP environment.

The leader will drive remediation initiatives, qualification programs, and robust governance to monitor training compliance while coordinating with the El Paso, Texas site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment in training/learning and development.
• Experience managing learning management systems and training compliance programs.
• Experience supporting FDA-regulated operations and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide training leadership and ensure regulatory compliance across the site.
• Develop and implement training programs supporting GMP, GDP, and Data Integrity.
• Drive remediation and strengthen quality culture through training governance.
• Lead associate development and capability building with measurable outcomes.
• Provide operational support and training program development for manufacturing operations.
