Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience developing training plans and matrices for regulated projects.
• Working knowledge of GMP/regulated training requirements and LMS.
• Ability to perform training compliance audits and identify gaps.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, site access, Beeline, and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Develop a training plan for all project roles.
• Identify applicable procedures and training for the project.
• Develop and maintain a training matrix showing who must be trained on SOPs.
• Collaborate with site training personnel to create individual learning plans.
• Conduct periodic audits to verify training compliance.
• Coordinate training sessions and onboarding of project resources.
