Job summary

Piper Companies in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to support a leading life sciences and clinical research organization. The Project Manager will lead regulatory technology and business transformation initiatives, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of regulatory systems and process improvements.

Responsibilities include end-to-end planning, risk management, and coordinating with Regulatory Information Management, Publishing, and IT.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in regulated life sciences environments.
• Regulatory affairs experience with RIM and publishing processes.
• Hands-on experience leading Veeva implementations or related system deployments.
• Ability to translate requirements across stakeholder groups and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and delivery of multiple program initiatives.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Serve as the connection point between Regulatory Information Management, Publishing, business operations, and technical teams.
• Support implementation activities involving Veeva platforms and regulatory content management solutions.
• Facilitate decision-making, change management, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Ensure objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical deliverables stay aligned.
