Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Engagement Manager / Program Manager to support a major Regulatory Operations transformation within a global pharmaceutical organization. You will lead a team across technology, process, data, and organizational change to implement a more integrated, technology-enabled regulatory information and submission environment, leveraging Veeva Vault RIM.

The role is remote/hybrid with occasional travel and requires strong stakeholder management, regulatory process

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing or supporting Veeva Vault RIM programs.
• Strong program management, process improvement, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Understanding regulatory processes and how technology, data, and change management come together.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program and engagement management for a complex Regulatory Operations transformation.
• Develop and maintain an integrated PM plan covering tech, process, data, and change workstreams.
• Manage schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Coordinate across client, technology, consulting, and business teams.
• Support regulatory process design, current/future state design, and gap analysis.
• Translate process gaps into requirements and change initiatives.
• Support regulatory data assessment and remediation in the RIM environment.
• Connect tech activities with eCTD, IDMP, and submission-management processes.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies and risks; support change management.
• Provide clear status reporting and communications.
