Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced MedTech Regulatory Information Management (RIM) consultant to lead implementations for global customers. You will guide transformation of Regulatory Affairs and Operations processes using industry-leading technology and work closely with Professional Services to ensure delivery success across data and documentation workstreams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems implementation or software consulting.
• 4+ years in Regulatory Operations or Regulatory Affairs in MedTech/Diagnostics.
• Direct experience with software implementation for Veeva RIM or similar.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements (FDA, EU MDR/IVDR, UDI).
• Proven track record leading IT operations or implementations as a consultant or sponsor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead RIM implementation workstreams for Veeva’s MedTech Regulatory solutions and ensure customer adoption.
• Review and analyze customer processes to identify gaps and requirements for implementation.
• Act as primary customer liaison between implementation teams, stakeholders, and third parties.
• Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop adoption roadmaps for Regulatory Operations.
• Guide customers in adopting Veeva RIM and best practices for regulatory data and document management.
