e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Senior Manager of Packaging Compliance and Sustainability to lead global regulatory intelligence across the packaging portfolio.

You will translate complex EU/UK/US regulatory demands into clear guidelines, supplier expectations, and implementation plans, shaping how compliance is integrated into development, sourcing, and commercialization. Qualifications

• 8+ years in packaging compliance, regulatory affairs, packaging engineering, sustainability, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of global packaging regulations and emerging requirements (EPR, PPWR, recycled content, recyclability, labeling, materials restrictions).
• Experience monitoring regulatory developments and translating requirements into practical actions.
• Experience developing and implementing packaging compliance programs, policies, and controls.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, restricted substances, materials safety, and supplier compliance.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Intelligence: advise on global packaging requirements and emerging risks; engage with external partners to stay informed.
• Compliance Requirements: translate regulations into clear, actionable requirements; manage deadlines and evidence.
• Process Integration & Implementation: build policies, procedures, and tools; embed requirements into development, sourcing, and commercialization.
• Develop regulatory roadmaps and trackers to monitor portfolio risks and status; communicate exposure and actions.
• Advise on packaging data and documentation for regulatory compliance, market access, and audit readiness.
