Altria Client Services is seeking a Senior Manager & Editor, Regulatory Submissions Strategy to lead the development, writing, editing, and proofreading of complex regulatory communications, including FDA submissions. You will work closely with scientists, project managers, and senior leadership to translate scientific content into clear, compliant documents while upholding editorial standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development of strategy for large-scale FDA submission documents.
• Write and edit submission documents, integrating science and advocacy into clear, accurate, compliant communications.
• Edit and proofread a range of content including printed materials and slide presentations to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality written materials with version control across large documents.
• Manage internal stakeholder relationships with scientists, senior management, and project managers to deliver the best written product.
• Supervise and coordinate contract editorial resources to meet submission timelines and quality standards.
