Bath & Body Works seeks an intellectual contributor to provide day-to-day global regulatory support for formulated and hardline/softline consumer products, including home fragrance and OTC items. You will review concepts, evaluate ingredients, manage label approvals and registrations, and ensure packaging compliance across global markets.

The role focuses on advising regulatory teams, maintaining records, and supporting franchise partners with timely product compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related regulatory experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Collaborative, motivated and adaptable

Responsibilities

• Apply global regulations to ensure compliant products.
• Communicate requirements to regulatory and cross-functional partners.
• Resolve minor compliance issues with cross-functional teams.
• Escalate major issues to manager/supervisor.
