Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Regulatory Manager to ensure products meet requirements and lead product registration across markets. You will partner with Product Development, Retail and Operations to guide global regulatory strategy for new products.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of Regulatory experience, strong organizational skills, and a background in beauty or consumer brands, including startup or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Development, Retail and Operations to provide regulatory guidance on global requirements, launch timelines, artwork changes, reformulations, and commercialization strategy for new products.
• Work with Product Development and Retail teams to provide guidance on Regulatory requirements and timelines for the launch of new products.
• Manage ingredient blacklists and regulatory standards based on evolving global regulations, retailer requirements, and RP guidance, driving proactive formula compliance.
• Collaborate with compliance contacts to ensure all compliance requirements - both ingredients, claims, and packaging - are met.
• Lead regulatory review and approval of global artwork, ingredient listings, labeling, and packaging updates to ensure compliance with market-specific regulations and reformulation requirements.
• Lead communications with contract manufacturer partners to collect the required technical formula information needed to ensure compliance and properly register
• File required registration notifications in relevant markets as needed
• Ensure all product claims on packaging and on additional marketing materials are accurate and substantiated.

The Regulatory Manager is responsible for ensuring all products (current and new) meet all product requirements and will lead product registration for all markets. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the global regulatory landscape, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well with cross‑functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with Product Development, Retail and Operations to provide regulatory guidance on global requirements, launch timelines, artwork changes, reformulations, and commercialization strategy for new products
• Work with the Product Development and Retail teams team to provide guidance on Regulatory requirements and timelines for the launch of new products.
• Manage ingredient blacklists and regulatory standards based on evolving global regulations, retailer requirements, and Responsible Person (RP) guidance, driving proactive formula compliance.
• Collaborate with our compliance contacts to ensure all compliance requirements - both ingredients, claims, and packaging - are met
