Job summary

AGS is seeking a Notification Specialist to coordinate shipping, installation, and regulatory notifications for our product orders. You will ensure compliance with regulatory shipping rules, verify addresses, and prepare notifications for regulators, customers, and AGS Sales.

The role requires high school or GED, with an associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ERP/CRM familiarity are important.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory shipping and notifications processes.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping, installation, and regulatory notifications for AGS Products orders.
• Monitor and manage operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
• Interpret regulatory shipping rules for various products and ensure accuracy of notifications.
• Review system cues (e.g., ERP/CRM) to ensure compliance and delivery dates.
• Ensure orders have correct shipping addresses for cabinets, software and hardware.
• Prepare and distribute shipping notifications to regulators, customers, and AGS Sales.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues; gather feedback.
• Maintain job knowledge through ongoing training.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer service effectiveness.
