Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping, installation and regulatory notifications for AGS Slots and Tables products orders.
• Monitor, control and manage operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
• Interpret regulatory shipping rules for products shipped to customers.
• Review Microsoft Business Central cues to ensure notifications comply with regulations and delivery dates.
• Ensure each order has correct shipping addresses for cabinets, software and hardware.
• Prepare and distribute shipping notifications to regulators, customers and AGS Sales.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues and obtain customer feedback.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Maintain positive relationships with teams to ensure customer service effectiveness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Description

Job Overview

The Notification Specialist coordinates shipping, installation, and regulatory notifications for AGS Slots and Tables products orders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
• Thorough understanding of how to interpret regulatory shipping rules for the various products shipped to customers.
• Review Microsoft Business Central cues to ensure notifications are sent to comply with regulatory requirements and desired delivery dates.
• Ensure each order has the correct shipping addresses for cabinets, software and hardware.
• Populate the Compliance Notification Date and Software Ship Date on each order requiring notification to be in accordance with the regulatory shipping rules.
• Prepare and distribute shipping notifications to regulators, customers and AGS Sales, which may include special and complex customer/regulator supplied forms.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues and proactively obtain customer feedback.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Maintains positive and healthy relationships with various teams to ensure customer service effectiveness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements
