Job summary

AGS LLC is seeking a diligent Notification Specialist to manage shipping, installation and regulatory notifications for AGS Slots and Tables orders in Oklahoma City. You will coordinate with regulators, customers, and internal teams to ensure delivery dates align with rules and company standards.

Responsibilities include interpreting complex shipping regulations, updating order records, and distributing notifications while maintaining strong customer service and attention to detail throughout

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 to 3 years of experience preferred.
• General knowledge of ERP and/or CRM systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills: friendly, approachable, and motivated with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Programs.

• Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
• Thorough understanding of how to interpret regulatory shipping rules for the various products shipped to customers.
• Review Microsoft Business Central cues to ensure notifications are sent to comply with regulatory requirements and desired delivery dates.
• Ensure each order has the correct shipping addresses for cabinets, software and hardware.
• Populate the Compliance Notification Date and Software Ship Date on each order requiring notification to be in accordance with the regulatory shipping rules.
• Prepare and distribute shipping notifications to regulators, customers and AGS Sales, which may include special and complex customer/regulator supplied forms.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues and proactively obtain customer feedback.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Maintains positive and healthy relationships with various teams to ensure customer service effectiveness.
• Other duties as assigned.
