• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in sales or recruiting within life sciences, focusing on Quality & Compliance services preferred.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills essential.
• Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
• Ability to travel as needed for conferences and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to expand the client base.
• Target market awareness and generate revenue through leads and follow-ups.
• Create proposals and participate in client presentations and negotiations.
• Attend conferences and trade shows to increase visibility and opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing and internal teams on sales campaigns and plans.
• Document leads, opportunities, and proposals in the CRM; track sales metrics.
