Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking an Analyst with ecommerce payments expertise to join the Payments & Fraud team. The role focuses on protecting customers and the business by delivering accurate expectations related to fraud in the iGaming space.

You will validate customer documentation, review financial histories, verify fraud alerts, prepare detailed investigative summaries, and create internal controls to generate incident reports. Flexibility in hours supports sports-driven schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking, payments, fraud, disputes, or iGaming preferred.
• Strong investigative skills and ability to interpret data.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Validate and verify customer documentation when verification is needed.
• Review customers’ financial transaction history and records.
• Validate fraud alerts from prevention tools and systems.
• Prepare investigative summaries to support fraud scenarios.
• Create and manage internal controls and incident reports.
