Job summary

The Keller Group in the United States seeks a Manager or Senior Manager of Regulatory Reporting to serve as the go-to SME for regulatory filings. You will oversee Basel III capital calculations, ensure accuracy, timeliness and regulatory compliance across Fed submissions and related reports.

You will collaborate with finance, audit and regulatory teams to implement changes driven by new rules, optimize reporting processes, and support ongoing regulatory readiness initiatives within a fast-moving

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial reporting within a regulated setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on Basel III capital calculation experience required.
• Solid understanding of banking operations and regulatory frameworks.
• Background at a large audit firm or within a public company setting is a plus.
• Strong command of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at every level.
• Familiarity with financial systems and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly Basel capital metrics buildout and review.
• Guide implementation work tied to Basel NPR and internal controls.
• Support enterprise-wide regulatory readiness and reporting obligations.
• Manage day-to-day regulatory reporting for federal regulators and Fed submissions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to roll out regulatory changes.
• Lead or support system upgrades and enhancements for reporting infra.
• Partner with audit teams and regulatory examiners during reviews.
• Cultivate relationships across departments to support company initiatives.
