Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Regulatory Capital Reporting & Analysis Associate to oversee the production and integrity of regulatory reports for Capital and Risk-Weighted Assets under Basel III. You will interact with senior leadership and regulators, contribute to CCAR stress testing, and lead improvements across the reporting lifecycle.

The role requires strong Basel capital expertise,8-10+ years of relevant experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Four years of experience in financial services or a related industry.
• Firmwide regulatory reporting experience with Basel capital expertise.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integrity of regulatory reporting for capital and RWA.
• Review quarterly FFIEC 101/102, FR Y-9C, and Call Report data.
• Ensure regulatory reporting balances comply with instructions and controls.
• Present quarterly capital results to Treasurer, Firmwide Controller, and regulators.
• Analyze standardized and advanced RWA, Basel III Endgame, and CCAR results.
• Address regulatory inquiries and monitor regulatory changes affecting filings.
• Drive process improvements and CCAR post-mortem actions.
• Execute internal controls for quarter-end close and reporting.
