Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a seasoned regulatory reporting leader to head Pillar 3 disclosures and RWA reporting within FRRA. The role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely Pillar 3 disclosures and maintain regulatory governance.

The ideal candidate has extensive Basel III and SEC reporting experience, with strong leadership capabilities to manage an international team and drive process improvements in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin or related field.
• 8+ years in financial reporting, risk management, SEC reporting, or related field with regulatory focus.
• Deep knowledge of Basel III and Pillar 3 disclosures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pillar 3 reporting function ensuring Basel III compliance.
• Oversee Pillar 3 report preparation, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Collaborate with lines of business and regulators to gather data for disclosures.
• Lead certification process and present to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement of Pillar 3 reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting governance framework.
• Lead and mentor a team of reporting professionals based in India.
