Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in New York is seeking the Head of Regulatory Reporting Change Delivery to lead the US regulatory reporting program, including Basel III reforms, and ensure end-to-end delivery from initiation through benefits realization. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, business, or related field.
• Strong Basel capital requirements calculation and regulatory reporting knowledge.
• Experience with Basel Capital Requirements / RWA and cross-border multinational work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US Regulatory Reporting Change Delivery portfolio, translating regulatory requirements into executable delivery plans.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle with alignment to business goals and budget.
• Drive governance, stakeholder management, and executive reporting across the change portfolio.
• Ensure data integrity, controls, and regulatory reporting quality in collaboration with Finance and IT.
