JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks an Regulatory Capital Reporting & Analysis Associate on the U.S.

Regulatory Capital and CCAR Reporting team to oversee the production and integrity of regulatory reports for Capital and Risk-Weighted Assets under Basel III. You will analyze risk-based capital results, review variance analyses, and ensure adherence to procedures and SOX controls while engaging with senior leadership and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in financial services.
• Deep Basel capital expertise and firmwide regulatory reporting.
• Excellent oral and written communication; able to partner with stakeholders.
• Strong internal controls mindset and SOX awareness.
• Proficient with regulatory reporting standards and risk metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integrity of capital and RWA reporting, filings, and data oversight.
• Review quarterly FFIEC 101/102, FR Y-9C (HC-R), and Call Report (RC-R), plus FR Y-14A stress test forecasts.
• Ensure RWA balances comply with regulatory instructions within a robust control framework.
• Assist in presenting quarterly regulatory capital results to the Treasurer, Firmwide Controller, and regulators with variance analysis.
• Review Standardized and Advanced RWA, SLR, and capital results for CCAR and risk appetite stress tests.
• Address internal and external regulatory inquiries.
• Monitor Basel Endgame changes to maintain accurate filings.
• Lead process improvements and CCAR post-mortem actions.
• Execute internal controls for quarter-end close and CCAR/Risk Appetite reporting.
• Coordinate Basel III Endgame reporting workstream across stakeholders.
