Job summary

Responsibilities

• Preparation of US federal and state corporate income tax returns.
• Preparation of IFRS tax provisioning for the US group for quarterly and year-end reporting, and for US GAAP reporting for regulated entities.
• Calculation of the US federal and state tax payment positions, including extensions and quarterly estimate tax payments.
• Maintain the US tax calendar.
• Liaise with the US / UK legal team on tax issues related to the Group organization chart.
