Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a Regulatory Reporting support professional to assist with vehicle data reporting to state DMVs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will help resolve data quality issues and support internal business customers with filing and documentation requests.

You will report to the Regulatory Reporting Manager and collaborate with teams to process Auto ID cards and posting notices, maintaining accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access).

Responsibilities

• Assist with reporting AXA XL insured vehicle data to state DMVs per state regulatory requirements and resolution of any data quality issues or vehicle registration suspensions due to insurance reporting.
• Assist with processing Motor Carrier Filing requests with state and Federal bureaus per requests from internal business customers.
• Assist with processing Auto ID cards per requests from internal business customers in accordance with state regulated guidelines.
• Assist with processing Workers Compensation Posting Notices per requests from internal business customers in accordance with state regulated guidelines.
• Assist with preparation and mailing of policy notices and loss runs for supported internal business customers.
