Job summary

AXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Coordinator in Exton, PA. You will assist with reporting insured vehicle data to state DMVs and handle related data quality issues, filings with state and federal agencies, and processing auto ID cards and posting notices for internal customers.

This role reports to the Regulatory Reporting Manager and requires excellent communication, strong organization, multitasking and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reporting AXA XL insured vehicle data to state DMVs per state regulatory requirements and resolution of any data quality issues or vehicle registration suspensions due to insurance reporting.
• Assist with processing Motor Carrier Filing requests with state and Federal bureaus per requests from internal business customers.
• Assist with processing Auto ID cards per requests from internal business customers in accordance with state regulated guidelines.
• Assist with processing Workers Compensation Posting Notices per requests from internal business customers in accordance with state regulated guidelines.
• Assist with preparation and mailing of policy notices and loss runs for supported internal business customers.
