Job summary

Phillips 66 is seeking an Advisor II, Regulatory Reporting to oversee data integrity and regulatory filings for state, federal and tribal agencies. You will work with MSP, production and revenue advisors to support variance reporting, data validation, and timely decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Willingness to travel up to 5%.
2+ years of accounting experience.
Experience supporting audits, internal controls, SOX and compliance reviews.
Experience with outsourced operations, reviewing deliverables and resolving exceptions.
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Deliver accurate financial outcomes by compiling, consolidating, and analyzing data within established systems.
Manage core accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly close.
Assist with internal and external audits and maintain data integrity.
Partner with business units to provide insights and timely information for decision-making.
Coordinate with MSP and internal teams to ensure regulatory reporting accuracy.
Support regulatory reporting, tax rate updates, and SOX controls.
Develop procedures and dashboards to improve compliance and reporting quality.
