This role combines records governance expertise with an understanding of financial markets, trade lifecycles, technology-enabled recordkeeping, and data migration.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage complex workstreams, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and drive initiatives from planning through implementation.

- Conduct records identification, classification, and governance activities.
- Lead or coordinate data remediation workstreams.
- Coordinate the transfer of records and data into appropriate retention repositories.
- Support technology migrations through records classification and governance.
- Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and data governance groups to implement changes.
- Manage projects, workstreams, milestones, and dependencies across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Facilitate discussions, resolve issues, and drive decisions to completion.
- Assess records associated with financial-market workflows, trade generation, and trade lifecycle events.
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or related work.
- Experience with regulatory records management, records governance, or recordkeeping requirements.
- Knowledge of records classification and retention schedules.
- Experience coordinating data remediation, records migration, or repository-related initiatives.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate directly with business partners and technology teams.
- Proven ability to implement change and drive outcomes across stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in banking, capital markets, broker-dealer operations, or financial services compliance.
- Understanding of financial markets workflows, trade generation, and trade lifecycle events.
- Experience with structured-data applications, data repositories, and technology-enabled recordkeeping systems.
- Exposure to Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) and technology migration initiatives.
- Series 99 license is desirable.
Important candidate requirements
- Must be based in the Charlotte area and able to work onsite three days per week.
- Sponsored candidates will not be considered.
- Candidates should demonstrate both records-governance expertise and technology/data understanding; this is not a purely administrative records-management role.
