Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, program management, regulatory operations, or similar.
• 3+ years in a product environment with cross-functional stakeholder partnerships (legal, policy, product).
• 2+ years in regulatory response, compliance, audit, or control framework implementation.
• Experience evaluating products/processes for regulatory compliance.
• Experience implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (risk assessment, bias mitigation).
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive impact.
• PM Certification and ongoing AI skill development are desired.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, Legal, Policy, Operations, and Product teams to identify regulatory impacts on plans.
• Lead cross-functional alignment to translate external pressures into structured actions and controls.
• Navigate ambiguity by defining requirements and delivering scalable regulatory readiness solutions.
