The role sits in an enterprise Complex Programs & Mandates organization that handles the most complex, high-risk initiatives across platforms and vendors.

The Principal leads the pillar’s largest mandates, mentors managers, and shapes regulatory readiness using AI tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading regulatory or government programs in health care.
• Experience delivering multi-year, cross-platform mandates.
• Experience presenting to VP and C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year regulatory mandates across platforms.
• Translate CMS, state, and industry requirements into enterprise delivery plans across teams and vendors.
• Serve as accountable program owner at steering committees and executive reviews.
• Advise leadership on regulatory readiness and portfolio prioritization.
• Mentor Program Managers on mandate delivery, stakeholder management and reporting.
• Improve how the pillar tracks upcoming regulations from intake to classification.
