Job summary

Meta seeks a Risk Manager to develop and execute strategic programs that meet evolving employment regulation globally. You will join the People Risk & Compliance team, leading programs to scale global compliance coverage across Meta's offices while aligning with People Operations, People Engineering, and Employment & Privacy Legal.

You will translate regulatory insights into executable controls, manage cross-functional workstreams, produce executive updates, and define metrics to show compliance

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
• Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive programs with cross-functional stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Analytical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Experience using program metrics to report risks and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory information responses and reporting end-to-end.
• Design and execute first/second line of defense compliance management.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes.
• Track deliverables, owners, and milestones to drive accountability.
• Develop workflows, tools, and frameworks to scale regulatory demand.
• Produce executive communications on response status and compliance posture.
• Build relationships with Legal, Policy, Product teams.
• Define program metrics and report on health and risk indicators.
• Identify emerging compliance problems and propose solutions.
