Meta is seeking a Regulatory Readiness Program Manager to partner with product teams across AI, privacy, integrity, and security. You will translate external regulatory pressures into actionable product requirements and help teams navigate ambiguity with structured frameworks.

This high-visibility role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical experience to align Legal, Policy, and Operations with product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, or program management
• 3+ years in a product environment with cross-functional partners
• 2+ years in regulatory response, risk, compliance, or information security

Responsabilités

• Lead coordination of Meta's response to AI and other regulatory risks
• Define requirements and align on response strategies with cross-functional partners
• Inform Product of external pressures identified by Legal and Policy and forecasting teams
• Lead gap analyses between new regulations and product/strategic positions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and collaboration models
• Scale regulatory readiness capacity through process optimization and mentoring
• Drive progress on priority workstreams and decision frameworks
• Prepare communications and progress updates for leadership and executives
