Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced manager to lead regulatory escalation management within our Crisis and Response organization in Austin. You will oversee a team responsible for high-stakes regulatory inquiries, government-mandated requests, and compliance escalations across Meta's platforms, including AI systems.

You will partner with legal, policy, and engineering teams to triage, track, and resolve matters quickly, while communicating risk and progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in regulatory compliance or crisis management.
• 6+ years leading teams handling escalations.
• Experience with data disclosure and content regulation.
• Ability to triage, track, and resolve inquiries at scale.
• Proven communication of risk to senior leadership.
• Experience integrating AI tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory escalation workflows across Meta platforms.
