You will collaborate with subject matter experts and senior management to shape filings and strategic messages for regulatory proceedings and legislative hearings. Responsibilities include drafting large, complex filings, coordinating compliance activities, and presenting clear analyses to internal clients while advocating the company’s

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 7–10 years in planning, operations, or regulatory field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to appear as an expert witness.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local regulatory rules.
• Experience with regulatory filings or project management.
• Occasional travel and overtime may be required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, compile and edit regulatory filings.
• Provide clear written explanations of complex issues.
• Advocate the company’s positions with regulators.
• Coordinate ISP and regulatory compliance activities.
• Prepare supporting testimony for hearings and rulemakings.
• Write and edit key messages for presentations.
