• Willingness to come into the office to perform duties.
• Ability to interpret and apply continuing education and financial responsibility rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex regulatory activities involving research, evaluation, problem resolution, and public record responses.
• Assist with license maintenance, renewals, and certifications within the Licensure Maintenance Team.
• Provide direction and guidance to licensed healthcare practitioners regarding renewals, disciplinary actions, and verifications.
• Perform research in the licensing database and respond to inquiries from the public, applicants, and DOH staff.
• Collaborate with the team on related projects as requested by management.
