Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience reviewing documents for compliance, applying laws, rules, or procedures in regulatory operations.
• Must have a valid Driver's License, background investigation, fingerprinting, and direct deposit requirements for employment.
• This position requires current authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform all initial reviews of variance and inspection requests from treatment centers for regulatory compliance with departmental rules and standards.
• Review data and information in the electronic tracking system for accuracy.
• Identify missing or incorrect documentation and report to management.
• Track all variance and inspection requests, including submission and response dates in the tracking system.
• Organize all requests in the file folder system and manage documentation.
• Assist with developing guidelines and tools for the licensure review process.
• Other duties as assigned.
