• Answer calls professionally and manage wait times within established targets.
• Log interactions into the licensing database and notify processing units.
• Respond to Live Chat inquiries and route to correct queue.
• Process mail and facsimiles; stamp envelopes daily.
• Stay current with system information and research required data.
• Complete work assignments by deadlines and maintain call queue.
