Job summary

Student Finance Commission in Georgia seeks a Sr. Mgr., Regulations & HOPE Programs to lead regulatory work for state HOPE, Zell Miller and Dual Enrollment programs. You will guide eligibility services, support GAfutures, and ensure effective processes with QA and system enhancements.

The role requires supervising staff, delivering trainings, and engaging with schools and students through diverse channels. Occasional in-state travel and public speaking are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and four years of related experience.
• Two years of managing professional level staff are required.
• Intermediate experience with Windows OS and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory information and external/customer communications.
• Oversee HOPE and Zell Miller scholarship/eligibility determinations.
• Supervise and train unit staff and establish unit goals.
• Provide trainings and perform high-level customer support for inquiries.
